1980年至1990年期间的作品多以江南水乡和四川彝族老人为题材，主要作品包括“水韵江南”系列、“梵”系列五十余幅等。
　　1990年至2000年期间，初期受吴冠中先生启发，创作“万象太湖”系列，后游艺巴黎、布鲁塞尔、佛罗伦萨等艺术圣地的美术馆、画廊、美术院校。
　　2000年左右弃笔用刀，重点向抽象风格发展。后创作“行者”系列等作品。
　　2012年始，游历泰国、缅甸、斯里兰卡等国，作品风格向冥想艺术发展。
　　“我之绘画是为了通过艺术这一形式，去追寻自我存在于宇宙世界的意义。当人类因科学发明的日新月异感叹、骄傲时，殊不知其实质是将人类带上了走向毁灭的快车道。此时只有回归自然，回归人之本源才是唯一出路。也正是人类存在的意义所在。我之艺术是为了通过绘画形式，通过追求美的历程把社会属性的心回归到自然属性的心，去体悟宇宙之精神。体悟神性、佛性的存在；而与之交融，合为一体；体悟存在的意义和道的永恒。我之艺术是探索美的根本，使宇宙、自然之原始的美能在人类视觉中呈显；人是宇宙、自然的部分，人心即宇宙心、自然心。放弃所有思想，抛开一切观念，打开心门，让宇宙之光芒照耀心田。

　　From 1980 to 1990, his works mainly took Jiangnan water town and elders of Yi Nationality in Sichuan as materials, witd tde main works including "water Jiangnan" and "Fan" series, etc, totally 50 works.
　　From 1990 to 2000, inspired by Wu Guanzhong in tde early stage, he created "All-encompassing Tai Lake" series, and tden he visited art galleries, art colleges and universities in Paris, Brussels, Florence and otder art holy lands.
　　In around 2000, he stopped painting, but engraving, and focused on developing toward abstract style, witd "pedestrian" series, and otder works created later.
　　From 2012 on, he visited Thailand, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, etc, witd his works developing toward meditation art.
　　My art wants to pursue my meaning in universe tdrough painting. When human are amazed by and proud of rapid changes brought by scientific invention, tdey fail to aware tdat it brings human to tde fast lane of ruin. At such a time, returning to nature and tde human origin is tde only way out, which is also tde meaning for human existence. My art wants to return tde heart witd social property to tde heart witd natural property, feel tde universe spirits tdrough pursuing beauty by painting. My art wants to feel tde existence of divinity and Buddhata, integrate witd tdem, and feel tde meaning of existence and tde eternity of Taoism. My art wants to explore tde nature of beauty tdrough painting, and make tde original beauty of universe and nature present in tde vision of human. Human is just a part of universe and nature, human heart is tde heart of universe and tde heart of nature. My art abandons all tdoughts and all concepts, but open tde heart and let tde light of universe brighten tde heart.
