1971年出生于黑龙江省鹤岗市，现居北京，中国艺术研究院油画院特邀青年艺术家，北京油画学会会员。
　　1990年至1993年就读于解放军艺术学院美术系；
　　1997年至1999年就读于中央美术学院油画系第十届硕士助教研修班；
　　2014年至2015年就读于中国艺术研究院油画院中•俄油画创作高研班；
　　作品发表《油画名师话写生》、《寻源问道油画研究》、《寻源问道杨飞云师生作品集》、《首届中国油画挖掘发现新人展》、《第二届中国油画挖掘发现新人展》、《相约坊茨小镇中国油画院师生作品集》、《2010北京·鄂尔多斯寻源问道》、《心灵与诚实·学术交流展作品集》、《中国青年写实艺术大展作品集》、《神州寻源油画写生作品精选》、《第十届中央美术学院油画系助教研修班作品集》、《杨光涛画集》、《传承与创造.中国写实油画作品集》、《中国·俄罗斯油画艺术创作高级研修班作品集》、《第五届“经典与风范”当代值得关注的艺术家作品集》。

　　In 1971, he was born in Hegang, Heilongjiang Province. Now he lives in Beijing.
　　Between 1990 and 1993, he studied in the Fine Art Department of People's Liberation Army Academy of Art.
　　Between 1997 and 1999, he attended the 10th Session of MA Assistant Program in the Oil Painting Department of China Central Academy of Fine Arts.
　　Between 2014 and 2015, he attended the China-Russia Oil Painting Creation Senior Class in Chinese Academy of Oil Painting.
　　He is the appointed artist of Chinese Academy of Oil Painting of Chinese Institute of Arts. He is a member of Beijing Oil Painting Society.
　　His works were published in Famous Oil Painting Teacher's Talk on Sketch, Source and Way: Oil Painting Research, Source and Way: Album of Works by Yang Feiyun and His Student, Dig & Discovery: The 1st Session of Works of China's New Oil Painting Artists, Dig & Discovery: The 2nd Session of Works of China's New Oil Painting Artist, Meeting in Fangtze Eurotown-Album of Works of Faculty and Students of Chinese Academy of Oil Painting, Source and Way: 2010 Beijing-Erdos, Heart and Honesty: Album of Academic Exchange Exhibition, Album of Chinese Youth Reality Art Exhibition, Album of Oil Painting Sketches on Tracing the Source of China, and Inheritance and Creation: Album of Chinese Realistic Oil Painting Exhibition.
