张雨方（1956.09.25—）西安人。1982年西安美术学院工艺系装潢专业毕业。1996年组建和资助中国油画学会的成立并担任副秘书长。著名油画家、收藏家。国内资深策展人。国内油画精品的推手。在油画理论研究方面具有独到的见解，国内当代油画界的奇才。先后在西安、深圳、北京等地举办大型个展，在国内外油画界引起强烈反响，受到业界广泛关注。2008年创建深圳大望文化高地。倾力搭建和打造中外文化艺术交流平台。
