此罐以纯银为材精錾而成。圆口、束颈、丰肩、鼓腹、下腹渐收、圈足外撇，带宝珠形盖。器身外壁分饰大小十层纹饰，口沿足胫处分别回纹、如意纹、瓜瓞绵绵纹、如意云纹、回纹、披肩花纹，腹部主题纹饰为福禄万代纹内开光錾刻山水人物纹饰、卷草纹、花卉纹、如意纹，纹饰精美，錾刻精细，构图饱满，繁而不乱。整体器形周正，古朴秀美，银质精纯，工艺精湛，保存完好。
