李南凤

　　1966年出生于中国辽宁省，1990年中央美术学院版画系毕业，受过中国式艺术教育的严格训练。1991年移居塞舌尔，曾任总统个人画师。1998年到欧洲考察并学习三年，2003年起定居新西兰，并创建了李南凤工作室与画廊和中纽艺术文化交流中心。2011年回国在广州从事艺术创作。

1991年	创建Reagan Lee Art Studio，塞舌尔；到非洲考察写生，定居东非塞舌尔群岛，并创建Reagan Lee Art Studio & Gallery，研究非洲岛国文化和艺术，其间创作了大量的作品；
