丁雄泉（1920-）出生于中国无锡。1946年移居香港，1952年远赴巴黎与COBRA集团的成员建立了密切的关系。1960年移民纽约，成为一名流行艺术家。1974年加入美国国籍，常住纽约、巴黎。2001年开始定居荷兰阿姆斯特丹。
