吕重阳：(1970.12--)陕西长安人，擅长中国画。履历——国家文化部文化艺术人才中心人才库全国工作委员会西安办公室事务常务委员。中国美术家协会会员，美协陕西分会会员。陕西省人大工作者书画研究会常务理事。西安美院客座讲师。陕西书画艺术研究院名誉院长。国家高级美术师。 先后毕业于西安美术学院职校、西安美术学院视觉传达设计专业。主攻国画山水、人物。毕生致力于美术和相关艺术理论研究，曾经从事雕塑、工艺美术、平面设计等工作。被相关鉴录称为“当代画坛难得的百科全书式的艺术家”。近年来，在国内、日本、法国、新加坡、香港、澳门、台湾等地有大量作品展出并多次举办学术交流活动，是中国当代颇具实力的画家之一。是影响较大的中轻年国画家。主要作品集有《吕重阳山水》，《吕重阳人物画集》，《吕重阳画选》。
